Danish software group Omnidocs has acquired WoodWing, a content software company headquartered in the Netherlands, taking the enlarged group past 400 employees and more than 500 million kroner in total revenue.

The main obstacles to New Origin's planned photonic chip factory at Kennispark in Enschede have been virtually cleared, with a smart grid plan for electricity and process water from the Twente Canal now on the table.
